Pressing Unit
Each steel wheel is equipped with a glue scraper for quickly removing adhesive stuck to the pressing wheels. A silicone wheel ensures a stronger pressing effect.
End Cutting System
Utilizes linear guide rails with sliders for high precision and durability. Automatic lubrication extends equipment life. Pneumatic positioning enables accurate, stable trimming of short and thick panels.
Rough Trimming + Pneumatic Fine Trimming
Pneumatic adjustment with screen‑based quick changeover. Hinge hole avoidance device supports edging of workpieces with hinge holes. Excessive edge banding on both upper and lower sides facilitates rapid leveling, resulting in a more perfect edge finishing effect. Ensures the upper and lower edges of the edge banding tape are flush and smooth with the board surfaces.
Corner Rounding
The corner rounding (chamfering) function gives the four corners of the panel a round, beautiful appearance. Different‑shaped panels can also be trimmed.
Pneumatic Scraping
Independent scraping unit with scraper separation box. Pneumatic adjustment with quick screen changeover. Hinge hole avoidance device supports 35 mm hinge hole workpieces. Eliminates cutter marks and refines R‑rounded corners left by fine trimming for a smooth final surface.
Flexible Flat Scraper
Hinge hole avoidance flat scraping device, suitable for 35 mm hinge hole workpieces. Upper flat scraping adopts a three‑axis cylinder design; lower flat scraping is equipped to remove upper hot melt adhesive residue from the workpiece surface.
Buffing
Removes glue marks and makes the edge band and panel surface smooth and clean for a flawless finish.
Deceleration Motor & Rubber‑Coated Supporting Wheels
Stable operation. Front and rear auxiliary supporting wheels are rubber‑coated to prevent plate impact and protect workpiece surfaces.
